The challenge

Mr Loo had a free website built on GoDaddy that wasn't booking jobs. It was slow, hard to find on Google, and didn't represent the business. Lead form submissions were getting lost in the email inbox. Good business, invisible online.

What we did

• Rebuilt the website so it was fast, professional, and easy to enquire through, built to turn clicks into booked jobs.
• Baked SEO and local SEO into the build from day one. No ongoing SEO retainer, just a website built right.
• Ran ongoing Meta ads that put ready-to-book locals in front of the new website, week after week.

The results

Within three months the Meta ads alone drove $120k of extra work: 303 form enquiries at $14.16 each from $4,291 of spend. The rebuilt website did its two jobs, turning those clicks into bookings while the SEO built into it lifted them to page 1 for 66 searches and climbing. The owner has installed at least 200 toilets since the campaign went live.
